Three early German s auction sale catalogues from 1924, 1926 (Hugo Helbing) and 1929 (Lempertz). The Sproesser collection consisted of mainly Chinese artifacts. Very scarce record of an early collection of Chinese art. In German. All the volumes have numerous annotations. The two rebound hardback volumes have had blank sheets of paper inserted, presumably for making notes. In German. Some wear to covers.
